Yes, you can absolutely bring food and beverages on the boat. We welcome you to bring your own cooler of your favorite items.

While each tour runs on a schedule, you can always give us a call in advance to check our schedule or speak with the captain during the tour to check on availability for an extension.

Unfortunately, we do not have a bathroom on the boat. Although, we do have options to stop at a few locations during the tour to accommodate this concern if needed.

Passengers should check in 10-15 minutes prior to your tour time. Late arrivals take time away from your private party and have to return on time for our next charter. Please check in at 236-42 Bay Avenue located with Bayside Deli. You can find us between Wet & Wild Waverunners and Ocean City Parasail. You can meet with the captain at the last boat slip at the end of the dock.

Unfortunately, we do not have any parking on the premises. You can find meter free parking on the street or the public lot between 2nd & 3rd Avenue on Bay Avenue. Please give yourself adequate time for travel and parking due to the event of high traffic in the area. It’s always better to be early than late.

Yes, we do require reservations for scheduling purposes. We strongly suggest using the online reservation system. We suggest making reservations at least 4 days in advance. Walk-ups are welcome but can not be guaranteed a tour.

Our captain dedicates his expertise and works hard before, during, and after each tour to ensure a fun, clean, and safe environment. Tips are greatly appreciated.

Due to the nature of availability, staffing, and boat preparation, no shows or cancellations within 72 hours of a reserved trip time are non-refundable. Cancellations can be made by giving us a call 24 hours a day.

Our tours are just as much memorable on a cloudy day as they are on a sunny day. Trips are scheduled to go out as planned and will only be cancelled by the captain due to inclement weather. Schedule and route is subject to change based on weather conditions. Please note that because the weather can be unpredictable, the captain may cancel a trip just moments before a scheduled time. We will contact you to notify you of a cancellation. Trips cancelled by the captain are fully refundable.

Yes, life jackets will be available on the boat for each individual. Please note. the USCG requires any child 12 and under to wear a life jacket while on the boat.

While we want everyone to enjoy themselves, we do stress the importance of safety and respect for others.
- No smoking cigarettes or any other related smoking products.
- Please do not randomly jump off the boat. The captain will let you know, based on the tour, when and where you can exit the boat into the water.
- No standing on any chairs, loungers, or tables on the boat.
- Please be respectful to other boaters.

Based on your very own itinerary, weather, and tour time, we encourage you to wear what makes you happy. We do like to remind you to bring your sunscreen, a light jacket for cooler days, a towel in the event you get wet, and a smile!
